Specialized Management Solutions was created in 2020 to fulfill the needs of associations with live events. The pandemic forced many associations and suppliers to reduce budgets and headcount which has led to a shortage of staff and expertise on many events.
Our team becomes the operational extension of show managements staff assisting with vendor management, logistics planning, and exhibitor communications. In addition to our dedicated management team, we provide Exhibitor Success Managers who are a point of contact to assist exhibitors with budgeting, ordering, and execution of event logistics.
The SMS model provides our show management customers with a professional event management team while minimizing association overhead required with year-round staffing.
